Adam Saubel is a graduate of Elizabethtown College who holds a Bachelor's Degree (BS) in Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Economics. Adam graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors.

Professional Background

Adam learned the value of dedication and hard-work during his time growing up in his family’s business, Saubel’s Markets. Adam held many roles at the family business during his high school and college years including cashiering, stocking, and being a produce department assistant manager.

Adam’s opportunities at college are what removed him from the family business, however. During his Sophomore year, Adam was offered a six-month Co-op experience with the Hershey Company focusing on Category Management. Adam was a part of a team located in the home office in Hershey, PA focusing on optimizing sales for Hershey’s products while promoting growth for all the product lines Hershey produces.

After his time with the Hershey Company, Adam then accepted a role at Emerald Asset Management located in Leola, PA. Adam worked within the research department focusing on covering small-cap equities and assisting the analysts with financial models and company analyses.

After leaving Emerald Asset Management, Adam accepted a position with Northwestern Mutual as a Financial Representative. As a College Financial Representative, Adam was joining a top 10 internship program that has been awarded those honors by The Vault every year since 1997. After completing the internship, Adam continued to align his financial planning practice with Northwestern Mutual.
